Young Mums
Our project is centered around helping young mothers to reach their full potential. We aim to provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in life, whether that means finishing school, finding a job or setting up a business. We believe that strong, empowered mothers will create stronger families and communities. At Kultivate, we believe that supporting identity is one of the most important things we can do for individuals and communities. That's why we've developed our Identity Support project, which aims to empower people to confidently express themselves and their unique identities. We believe that by providing tools, resources and support, we can help individuals and communities overcome obstacles and thrive.

Ex Offenders
At Kultivate, we are dedicated to helping ex-offenders integrate back into society. We aim to address the challenges that ex-offenders often face by providing education and support to help them acquire new skills, find employment and achieve independence. Our organization is dedicated to empowering ex-offenders to succeed and lead fulfilling lives. We believe that our efforts can make a positive difference and help to create a more inclusive and just society.

Intergenerational Project
At Kultivate, we believe that it is important to connect people of all ages to enhance support and foster a sense of community. Our intergenerational support project is designed to bring people of different ages together to share experiences and support each other. We believe that by bringing people together, we can create a stronger and more inclusive community.

Spare Change (Homelessness)
Our project is designed to address the root causes of homelessness by providing stable housing and supportive services. We work closely with local communities, government agencies, and other organizations to create affordable housing options and connect individuals to resources like mental health care, job training, and addiction recovery services. By taking a comprehensive approach to the issue of homelessness, we are able to make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

Bridge Project ( Disability Support )
Our mission is to ensure that children with disabilities are given the same opportunities as their peers. We provide a variety of support designed to address the unique challenges faced by these young people, including social support, educational support, vocational training, and mentoring programs. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality.
